Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This page explains what personal data Procertis collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

1. Who controls your data

Procertis, an independent consulting practice based in Belgium, is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. For any question or request, contact contact@procertis.be.

2. What data we collect

The only personal data Procertis receives through this website is what you choose to submit via the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, preferred callback day and time, and the content of your message.

The contact form does not send data to a server or database. Submitting it opens your own email application with the message pre-filled, addressed to contact@procertis.be. Procertis only receives your data once you actually send that email.

3. Why we process it

To respond to your inquiry and, if you wish to proceed, to discuss and deliver a consulting engagement. Processing is based on your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form, and on Procertis' legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries addressed to it.

4. How long we keep it

Contact data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by Belgian accounting or legal obligations. Data is deleted afterwards.

5. Who else sees it

Procertis does not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your message is only ever seen by Procertis, via the email account it is sent to.

This site loads typefaces from third-party font services (Google Fonts, Fontshare). Loading a webpage causes your browser to request these fonts directly from those providers, which may process your IP address under their own privacy policies. This site does not use cookies or analytics trackers.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to request a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@procertis.be.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, Belgium (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
